What we do

We’re now planting in North Sumatra, Indonesia!

Our initial goal is the planting of 140,000 trees in collaboration with the Orangutan Information Centre (OIC), a grassroots NGO who have made significant achievements to protect and conserve orangutans and one of the richest rainforest ecosystems in the world.

Gunung Leuser National Park is a global biodiversity hotspot - home to an unfathomable number of species - and the only place on Earth where orangutans, tigers, rhinos and elephants coexist in the wild.

"Many Trees"

We've embarked on what might be Australia's largest and most diverse rainforest reforestation project. In close collaboration with the landholder, we have planted 250,000 trees of 184 native species.

Located in Northern NSW, the plantings extend from Booyong Nature Reserve - a remnant of the critically endangered "Big Scrub" ecosystem and home to an array of threatened flora and fauna.

We are proud of what we have achieved so far together, but our efforts continue - including the ongoing maintenance of these trees for up to 5 years.
